These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) are an agreement between you and us regarding your use of the Game. Please read them carefully before using the Game. 1.4 We may restrict login, freeze accounts, or delete data if we detect abnormal activity, violations, or security risks.
2.1 We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Game for personal, non-commercial purposes.
2.2 You may not reverse engineer, decompile, modify, copy, distribute, sell, or otherwise exploit any part of the Game.
2.3 All intellectual property in the Game and its content (including code, art, music, text, and virtual item designs) belongs to us or our licensors.

4.1 The Game may offer virtual currency, items, cosmetics, and similar content (“Virtual Items”). Virtual Items are for in-game use only, have no real-world monetary value, and cannot be redeemed for real currency.
4.2 Virtual Items purchased through legitimate channels may be used while your account remains valid. We do not guarantee permanent availability.
4.3 Paid services are generally non-refundable once completed, except where required by law or where we expressly promise otherwise.
4.4 For abnormal charges caused by system faults or proven mistakes, contact support for review.
5.1 The Game is provided “as is”. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free service, or that it will fully meet your expectations.
5.2 We are not liable for interruptions, data loss, or account loss caused by force majeure, network failures, third parties, or your own actions.
5.3 To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or punitive damages arising from use of the Game.
5.4 We may suspend or terminate some or all services for maintenance, upgrades, or policy reasons without prior notice or compensation.
6.1 We may modify, suspend, or terminate features of the Game at any time.
6.2 You may stop using the Game and request account deletion at any time.
6.3 For serious breaches, we may terminate service immediately and delete related data without refund.
We may update these Terms as needed. Updated Terms will be posted in the Game or on our website. For material changes we will provide reasonable notice. Continued use means you accept the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China (excluding conflict-of-law rules).
Disputes should first be resolved amicably; otherwise either party may bring suit in a court with jurisdiction over our domicile.
9.1 These Terms and the Privacy Policy form the complete agreement between you and us. If they conflict, these Terms prevail, except that personal-information matters follow the Privacy Policy.
9.2 If any provision is invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect.
9.3 Failure or delay in enforcing any right is not a waiver of that right.
